Prevent Stroke by Healthy Living

Stroke is a condition where there is a neurological disorder that is local or general that occur suddenly, so that the blood supply to the brain tissue stops and can impair brain function.




Unfavorable lifestyle is indeed a trigger of strokes, is better from now on you changing lifestyle with a healthy way of life:


- Eat nutritious foods, plenty of fiber and avoid excessive fatty foods. Eat regularly


- Eliminate the habit of smoking or stop smoking as much as possible.


- Regular exercise and a healthy body patterned in order to be maintained.


- Perform regular medical check-ups, minimal blood pressure checks, cholesterol and blood sugar levels at least 6 months.


- Avoid excessive weight, you should calculate the ideal weight for you.


- Avoid or reduce emotions and things that cause stress.


- Take enough every day.
