Breast cancer is one of the dreaded diseases of women. in some cases genetic factors are contributory factors.




But many other things that can bring the disease and lifestyle factors such as food consumed.


Here are tips and health articles of food to prevent breast cancer.


1. tomatoes

Tomatoes contain lycopene which merit much lower risk of breast cancer.


2. avocado

Avocados are high in oleic acid kada which will benefit in preventing breast cancer.


3. turmeric

some rat studies, turmeric may help prevent the spread of breast cancer.


4. blueberry

According to the study, the phytochemicals in blueberries may stop the growth and spread of breast cancer.


5. green tea
