Ever suffer from constipation? Surely it's uncomfortable and stomach knotted. Constipation itself if allowed to go on may lead to more severe illnesses such as colon cancer.




Constipation is generally triggered because of lack of fluids in the body or dehydration, depression and also solid activity that triggers stress. Lifestyle and irregular eating patterns also cause constipation. Less fiber foods causing the stool becomes hard and difficult bowel movements.


To overcome constipation, here are a few traditional ingredients of medicinal plants that you can use:


* Aloe Vera

ingredients:

- Aloe vera is 100 grams

- Honey 1 tbsp

How to make: Wash and small slices of aloe vera. Then boiled with 200ml of water to a boil. Add honey. Drink while warm and edible aloe vera. Do it regularly 2 times a day.


* Wild Ginger

ingredients:

- 10 grams of ginger powder

How to make it: Pour ginger powder with 200 ml of warm water and drink it teratu 2 times a day.


* Papaya

ingredients:

- Papaya 150 grams

How to make it: Pretty much as 150 grams eaten regularly 2 times a day.


* Spinach

ingredients:

- Spinach 1 bunch

- Honey

How to make it: Wash spinach and clean the roots, then in a blender or grind until smooth. Add honey and 150ml water. Strain and squeeze. Then drink 3 times a day to drink as much as 150ml.


* Pineapple

ingredients:

- Pineapple 200 grams

- Papaya 300 grams

How to make it: Wash papaya and pineapple, then in a blender until smooth and fill in 200 ml of water. Drink every day.
